John works directly with owners and sales leaders to install clarity, accountability, and performance standards that drive real revenue growth.  It’s the same practical framework John used to build and scale companies to eight and nine figures. If your team doesn’t know their number, doesn’t own their activity, or isn’t consistently hitting targets, this program fixes that.

Investment: $6,000 per month (up to 7 sellers)
Each additional team member: $500 per month

Not ready for ongoing coaching? John will spend a half day evaluating your sales structure, performance gaps, compensation plan, and leadership alignment  and deliver a clear action plan to improve results.

Investment: $7,500 for half-day assessment and actionable plan
